April 6, 2021 – AAPC and the American Medical Association (AMA) have announced an international distribution agreement that will facilitate access and adoption of the Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) content for global users. The AMA’s CPT editorial panel manages a rigorous process to make sure the CPT code set advances at the rapid pace that medical knowledge and science are advancing.
