September 14, 2020 – Northwest Healthcare (Tuscon, AZ) has begun construction of a 51-bed hospital and that will include an emergency room, labor and delivery services, orthopedics and cardiology.
Work on the facility is underway after the city of Tucson issued a $58.6 million building permit for the facility.
The new hospital is expected to open by 2021 and is expected to create about 600 jobs.
