August 4, 2025- William “Billy” Emerson Harris III and Dermatec, LLC has acquired the assets of TSCG Holdings, LLC a Florida limited liability company having its principal place of business at 4430 E. Adamo Drive, Suite 306, Tampa, Florida 33605, Relda, LLC dba Dermatec Direct, a Florida limited liability company having its principal place of business at 4430 East Adamo Drive, Suite 306, Tampa, Florida 33605 and BP-Polo, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company having its principal place of business at 4430 East Adamo Drive, Suite 306, Tampa, Florida 33605 (collectively TSCG, Dermatec Direct, and BP are referred to herein as “Dermatec;”) from Anthony “Tony” Singleton and Craig Greenberg, and will be the Chief Executive Officer of Dermatec, LLC.
During Billy’s 30-year career, he rose through the manufacturing industry, holding positions as Birtcher Medical Systems Director of International Sales, V.P. of Sales at Adams Scientific, and Sempermed USA CEO, Sri Trang USA, CEO, Showa Best Glove, CCO and most recently CEO of Nephron Nitrile. He will use his 30 years of experience in onshore and offshore manufacturing to solidify the impact of Dermatec. The plan is to double revenues and expand to three billion disposable and exam gloves annually.
As an industry insider, Harris has seen firsthand the reputation Dermatec has built as the foremost innovator in the industry, holding trademarks and its consistent ability to exceed customer expectations. Harris described the transition, “You can’t be in this industry and not know about Dermatec.” “They have roots in the market since 1995 in Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and disposable gloves. Throughout his tenure, Billy has successfully navigated the challenges of a growing, changing industry, using his years of experience and goal-driven mentality to consistently grow profitable revenue and establish as a highly respected market leader in hand protection manufacturing and distribution. I could not turn down the opportunity to continue building on the legacy of Mr. Tony Singleton and Mr. Craig Greenberg always bringing the most advanced and highest quality products to their customers. Both Craig and Tony are retiring and have made many contributions in the PPE space and as business owners.
