Matt McGraw leads the teams that manage sourcing, supply chain management, ERP and data, and is supporting OSF’s new consolidated service center. Since stepping into this role about four years ago, he has:
- Converted medical/surgical distribution ($50M annual)
- Oversaw phased implementation of ERP system in 11 acute sites
- Added two more acute sites and is addressing ambulatory care
- Was on the leadership team that converted OSF to new GPO
- Was part of the team that moved two acquired acute care facilities from their incumbent IDN to OSF in one day
