Through his work at Jefferson Health, Tyler Loeb has been a leader in driving cost savings throughout an ever-changing organization. Tyler is able to balance the demands of his clinical stakeholders, organization savings targets, and supplier relationships. He has developed an analytical approach to projects that weighs opinions from many stakeholders. This has allowed him to gather feedback and keep all stakeholders engaged and included in the decisions that impact patient care. The engagement throughout the sourcing process leads to successful project implementation and lasting results. This innovative approach to sourcing contributes to Tyler’s success and is a big reason he is an individual to watch.
