March 3, 2021 – Intalere (St. Louis, MO) announced the renewal of its partnership as the preferred group purchasing organization (GPO) of the North East Regional Urgent Care Association (NERUCA).
NERUCA was formed in 2013 to represent urgent care medicine in the northeast and now represents over 1000 members in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Connecticut and Rhode Island.
The partnership gives NERUCA’s members access to Intalere’s urgent care program, which is specifically designed and tailored for urgent care providers with customized solutions that focus on supply chain best practices, enhanced business strategies and predictable positive clinical outcomes. NERUCA members who join Intalere also have access to Northeast Alliance tiers and pricing for even greater cost reduction opportunities.
In addition, Intalere and Medline, NERUCA’s primary medical surgical distributor, will work collaboratively to meet the needs of NERUCA’s members, through their participation in Intalere’s new Urgent Care Connect Program, which offers a quick connection savings opportunities on an initial portfolio of 30 contracts chosen specifically for NERUCA membership.
