October 1, 2026- McKesson Corporation announced that it has signed an agreement in principle to extend its partnership with CVS Health to distribute pharmaceuticals to mail order and specialty pharmacies, retail pharmacies, and distribution centers through June 2032.
Cardinal Health also announced October 1 that it has entered into a binding Letter of Intent to extend its existing distribution agreement with CVS Health through June 30, 2032, reflecting the continuation of Cardinal Health’s current scope of distribution services.
