December 16, 2020 – McKesson and TailorMed are collaborating to offer a best-in-class financial navigation platform to McKesson Onmark customers, which include community practices specializing in oncology, rheumatology, gastroenterology, neurology and retina.
The TailorMed platform provides practices with a comprehensive financial navigation technology that proactively identifies patients with financial risk and automatically connects them with personalized financial assistance resources including local nonprofits focused on living expenses, governmental programs, national foundations and manufacturer assistance programs. Specialty practices will be able to improve patient access and their financial performance.
The collaboration will provide practices with:

- Personalized financial assistance resources for each patient provided in real-time
- Streamlined management of the free and replacement medication workflow
- Real-time analytics dashboard to manage key performance indictors and identify areas for additional optimization
