September 27, 2022 – Professional Women in Healthcare® (PWH®), with funding from Graham-Field, is honored to present one woman in the healthcare industry with a scholarship to the PWH Leadership Summit, in memory of one of the PWH founding members, Sandi Parker.
The annual scholarship includes a 1-year complimentary PWH membership as well as airfare, hotel and registration for the Leadership Summit. The 2023 Leadership Summit will be held in San Antonio, TX, May 1-3, 2023. Sandi made many friends and had countless achievements within her more than forty years involvement within the healthcare industry, but the accomplishment she was most proud of was her relationship with Professional Women in Healthcare.
PWH is built upon a strong history of women leaders in the healthcare supply chain industry who continue to create a platform for progressive leadership and mentoring for the next generation. Sandi was one of the seventeen founding members and the third chairwoman of the organization. She had a passion for helping to create leaders. She helped grow the organization from the seventeen original members to over seven hundred members today. Sandi leaves a legacy of strong leaders that she helped develop, mentor, and grow.
