October 5, 2021 – Capstone Health Alliance (Asheville, NC) announced that, effective October 1, 2021, Randolph Health (Asheboro, NC) has joined Capstone as a new member.
The membership agreement between Capstone and Randolph Health includes full access to Premier’s national group purchasing portfolio, Capstone’s market-leading aggregation initiatives, analytics and educational resources aimed at achieving Randolph Health’s cost savings as well as performance improvement goals.
Randolph Health was acquired by American Healthcare Systems, LLC in July 2021 with a commitment to achieve Randolph Health’s goal of securing local access to high-quality health care services, invest in the future development of employees and providers and to promote health and wellness in the community.
Capstone is committed to support Randolph Health in this pursuit.
