August 12, 2020 – Tenet Healthcare Corporation (Dallas, TX) announced that Joseph Eazor has stepped down as CEO of Conifer Health Solutions, effective at the end of August. Tenet said that Eazor’s decision was made for personal reasons unrelated to his working relationship at Conifer or Tenet.
