March 03, 2021 – Vizient, Inc. (Irving, TX) announced an agreement with Allegheny Health Network (AHN) (Pittsburgh, PA) to begin offering its group purchasing contract portfolio to support the health system and its group purchasing organization, starting March 1, 2021.
Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Allegheny Health Network, a Highmark Health company, is an integrated healthcare delivery system serving the greater Western Pennsylvania region.
The Network is composed of 13 hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, Health + Wellness Pavilions, multiple employed physician organizations, home and community based health services, a research institute, and a GPO.
