June 8, 2021 – Vizient, Inc. (Irving, TX) announced it will host some of the largest hospitals and health systems in Texas at its first ever Texas Supplier Diversity Symposium on June 9.
The company says the Symposium will provide diverse suppliers the opportunity to connect with some of the largest companies in their communities and learn about contracting opportunities.
The virtual event will be held June 9 at no charge and will be attended by large healthcare organizations from major metropolitan areas, diverse and non-diverse national suppliers, diversity-certification organizations and speakers.
The symposium will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. CDT and will cover hospital supplier diversity programs, Vizient and the group purchasing industry, contracting opportunities for diverse suppliers and how becoming a certified diverse supplier can help business grow.
