Ardent Health Hospitals across multiple states have faced healthcare disruptions as a result, with many hospitals being forced to divert ambulances and reschedule patient procedures.
Ardent Health Services operates 30 hospitals primarily in Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico. The Ardent technology team has been working to understand the event, safeguard data, and regain functionality, according to a statement released by the company. Ardent Health has currently taken its network offline, suspending all user access to its information technology applications, including corporate servers, Epic software, internet and clinical programs.
