December 6, 2023- Oak Street Health, a Commercial Healthcare Provider, a retailer in healthcare changing the way patients receive care, will open another Primary Care Center in the state of New York, now welcoming patients at the new Hempstead center at 210 Fulton Ave in Hempstead. This is the 18th center for Oak Street Health in the state of New York, and follows the opening of the Freeport center in New York that opened in July.
