December 22, 2023- Mike O’Connor, former vice president of corporate business development for Colonial Hospital in suburban Chicago, passed away Sept. 18 following an illness. After leaving Colonial, he founded the Colonial Group, which specialized in government contracting consulting. A Kansas native, he developed a lifelong love of the Chicago Cubs.
