February 2, 2024- UCI Health has reached a definitive agreement to acquire Tenet Healthcare’s Pacific Coast Network. The deal will close in spring of 2024 and will bring four Dallas-based Tenet medical centers under the UCI Health umbrella. These would include Fountain Valley Regional Hospital; Lakewood Regional Medical Center; Los Alamitos Medical Center; and Placentia-Linda Hospital. The medical centers also include a network of surgery centers and other outpatient locations.
