October 3, 2023- CommonSpirit Health has selected Michelle Johnson Tidjani, JD as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, effective October 2, 2023. Tidjani will serve as a member of the organization’s Executive Leadership Team and report to CEO Wright Lassiter III.
Tidjani joins CommonSpirit with more than 18 years of senior executive experience in the healthcare industry. As the organization’s Chief Administrative Officer, she will provide strategic oversight of the national budget, ensuring resource optimization across the organization, and implementing the health care ministry’s new operating model.
In addition, Tidjani will have executive oversight of Corporate Governance, CommonSpirit’s partnership with the Morehouse School of Medicine, Enterprise Consulting, the Lloyd H. Dean Institute of Humankindness, Security and Emergency Management, National Meetings and Events, and the Office of the CEO which houses: Diversity, Inclusion, Equity, and Belonging; Corporate Responsibility; Advocacy and Legislative Affairs; and Philanthropy.
