December 13, 2023- Oak Street Health, a Commercial Healthcare Provider (CHP), or a retail-based network of value-based primary care centers for adults on Medicare and the only primary care provider to carry the AARP name, is now welcoming patients at the new Cedar Grove center at 653 W 70th St in Shreveport, Louisiana. This is the first center for Oak Street Health in Shreveport and sixth in the state.
