May 22, 2023 – Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center plans to open James Outpatient Care, its massive west-campus outpatient cancer care complex, in July 2023.
The center is reportedly on track to open its main clinics in July, just a few months behind schedule.
The first proton therapy center in Central Ohio, making up 65,000 square feet of the 385,000-square-foot complex, is expected to open in the fall. Representing $105 million of the project’s total cost, the center is a joint venture with Nationwide Children’s Hospital.
