August 27, 2026- Premier, Inc. announced an expanded strategic partnership with Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS), a Catholic nonprofit healthcare system headquartered in Springfield, Illinois. This partnership supports the health system’s next phase of performance and transformation while reinforcing its commitment to sustainable, mission-driven care delivery.
Healthcare organizations nationwide continue to face rising costs, workforce pressures and increasing complexity in care delivery. HSHS aims to address these challenges through the expanded partnership, which includes access to Premier’s group purchasing program as well as its integrated data and analytics, supply chain solutions, advisory services, collaboratives and other solutions to better align clinical, operational and financial priorities.
The partnership will focus on three key areas:
